Shipping- All orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after payment has been received. Packages are sent either USPS First Class or Priority mail. Your choice. When we ship out your package you will receive a confirmation email stating that your package is in the mail. First Class packages usually take 2-10 business days . Please make sure your address is correct in Pay Pal to ensure proper delivery. We also offer insurance coverage for your order and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they are shipped out. Our shipping is done on a sliding scale. For orders up to $9.99 we charge $3.95. Orders $10.00- 29.99 we charge $4.95. For orders $30.00- $74.99 we charge $6.95. Any orders over $75.00 we offer free shipping. For Priority mail we charge $6.95- $9.95 depending on weight.

 

Returns/Refunds- Due to the nature of our products we are unable to give refunds because of personal hygiene issues. However we strive to have 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to ensure your happiness with our products. The great thing about mineral makeup is that they are fixable. You can add colors to lighten or darken them to get the desired result.

 

Payment- Our preferred method of payment is Pay Pal. We also accept money orders. For global orders we can only accept Pay Pal. We do not accept checks.
